UL-certified labels and type plates

As a manufacturer of electrical equipment and components for the North American market, you already have to produce evidence of purchased parts in accordance with the “UL Component Certification Program” for your products.

Labels and type plates are also subject to this program and therefore require component approval to be allowed to be stuck on as labelling. This is the only way to avoid the risk of an export ban or recall action.

As an option, you can also obtain UL-compliant colour tapes, permissible thermal transfer printing systems, design software and services from one source.
