Carl Valentin GmbH takes part in the 2025 Company Run in Villingen-Schwenningen

This year, Carl Valentin GmbH once again participated in the Company Run in Villingen-Schwenningen, an event that brought together 3,310 running enthusiasts from 168 regional companies. The 5-kilometre course through Schwenningen was completed at each participant’s own pace – without the pressure of timekeeping.

Our team was represented by 20 dedicated employees, who gathered in front of the main building for a group photo during the run (three colleagues are unfortunately missing from the pictures). A light afternoon rain created ideal running conditions and contributed to a refreshing atmosphere.

The event was accompanied by music from a DJ and live band on the exhibition grounds, which helped maintain a positive and energetic mood. Along the route, local residents provided encouragement through applause, music, and occasional water sprays – a gesture that was greatly appreciated by all runners.

At the finish line, participants were greeted with non-alcoholic beverages and fresh fruit provided by the event sponsors. Each finisher received a commemorative medal – a symbolic reward for a shared accomplishment.

The event concluded with an after-run party featuring live music and a selection of food trucks, offering an opportunity for informal exchange and reflection on the collective experience. The feedback from our team was consistently positive – and anticipation for next year’s event is already building.
